When the founders of Street Eats decided to launch their gourmet sandwich food truck, they needed a kitchen design that could handle high-volume service in a limited space.
Our team designed a compact yet efficient layout featuring multi-functional cooking equipment, space-saving refrigeration, and a workflow optimized for their specific menu. We also implemented energy-efficient systems that could run on generator power without compromising performance.
The result? A food truck that can serve up to 200 customers during a lunch rush, with minimal staff movement and maximum productivity. Street Eats has since expanded to three trucks using our proven design.
